The 2013 Westin GM Summit, was a gathering of 200+ General Managers, key corporate, global, divisional brand support teams and stakeholders from around the world.
This was the first global General Managers meeting in over 6 years. Unlike most brand meetings the Westin Global Marketing team was not launching new visual identity or announcing big brand news. Instead the conference focused on moving the Westin brand forward. The goals of the conference were to build global team culture, inspire innovation to move the brand forward activating on the pillars and our premium positioning, to show "well-being" in a broader light, enable personal well-being, generate strong a forum for engagement and participation and solidify the understanding of brand positioning by all of the General Managers.
